We tried their version of Scrocchiarella (Roman-style pizza, made with special flour); the pizza was tasty, fresh ingredients, but the crust was thick and fluffy (similar to Napoli style pizza); we were a bit confused, as the Roman-style pizza crust is the opposite - thin and crunchy (scrocchiarella=crunchy)..
