★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluhu překvapila naše jedenácti členná parta, která si chtěla dát oběd. Číšník se nám ihned věnoval, ovšem čekání na jídlo bylo dlouhé. Stihla sem se dříve opít, než najíst. Osobně si neumím představit, že by měli mít plnou restauraci hostů. Pokrmy které nám donesly byli různě hodnocené. Jeden pokrm přesolen, jeden nedochucen, steak který měl být krvavý(rare) byl medium a omáčku Demi glace kuchař asi v životě nedělal, měli ji objednanou dva lidi a ani jeden ji na talíři nenašel.
The staff was surprised by our eleven member group, which wanted to have lunch. The waiter addressed us immediately, but the wait for food was long. I managed to get drunk before eating. Personally, I can't imagine that they should have a full restaurant of guests. The dishes they brought us were evaluated differently. One dish was salted, one was unflavoured, the steak that was supposed to be bloody (rare) was medium, and the chef probably didn't make Demi glace sauce in his life, two people ordered it and neither of them found it on a plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňuji netuctová jídla z čerstvých surovin, krásný food styling, vyvážené chutě, odlehčená a žádná špatně stravitelná jídla a celkově moderní gastronomii. Bohužel občas se to nepovede. V úterý menu vepřová panenka s dýňovým risotem suché jako bota, polknout to nešlo....
Ale opravdu kvalitní restaurace i pro low carb vyznavače, salateriany a zdravojedlíky. ?
Dělník ze stavby se tu nenají, porce jako pro dřevorubce zde nečekejte.
I appreciate non-fat meals made from fresh ingredients, beautiful food styling, balanced tastes, light and no digestible meals and overall modern gastronomy. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't work. On Tuesday the menu pork tenderloin with pumpkin risotto dry like a shoe, it was impossible to swallow ....
But a really good restaurant even for low carb lovers, salaterians and health eaters. ?
Construction workers are not here, portions like lumberjacks don't wait here.
