Good day. I would like to draw your attention to a more comprehensive review in advance. Today we ordered dinner through the DámeJídlo application. The order was: Caesar salad with chicken (190, -) and Asian dumpling stuffed with shredded goose meat, teriyaki sauce. As a person in the field, the first mistake was clear to me as soon as I took the order - the cold dish (salad) was placed in its menu-box on a box with hot food (Asian dumpling) and all closed beautifully in one plastic bag, so the salad and The "dressing" became a warm dress remotely reminiscent of Caesar Salad - the same can be said for the "dressing" (which is intentionally in quotation marks), when anchovies and the raw materials needed for its production may have flown by. In short, salted mayonnaise enriched with a drop of acidity. The weight of the dish was 250g, which would correspond, but if I am modest, 30% was the aforementioned liquid. Now we get to the chicken (that is, the few pieces that were there). I will be optimistic and I firmly believe that the meat has been in the fridge "only" since morning - a disaster. Even a layman will know when the meat is freshly prepared. The consistency, taste and aroma would be completely different. The "croutons" to be served with the salad were rather funny. A pair of rolls with a random pesto cast even more shade on the whole meal. On the other hand, we at least laughed at dinner. Overall, I rate this dish 0.5 / 10 - 0.5 for the chef's effort and for a quick expedition. I will not go into dumplings in this way, I will only mention that shredded meat should be shredded, not diced, and if the chef dares to eat a dish like Teriyaki sauce, he could read more about Asian dishes, study them more (it doesn't hurt to attend the course) and follow the exact recipes. Soy sauce with a ton of chili and a kilo of sugar ≠ Teriyaki sauce. This dish could be evaluated 1/10 - for the effort, speed of the expedition and dumpling dough was also possible. The icing on the cake becomes a young lady who picked up our phone after we called the restaurant. "I don't know what to do with it, I can put a cook on your phone." No, we really don't need to argue with the chef, who obviously stands by when he shipped the food. The overall impression is therefore very bad and we firmly believe that the operational will oversee the performance of his subordinates and that everything will be fine with the next order - if you are asking for almost 200g of salad for 200g, then its quality should match this price.
