★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better than McDonalds or gas station sausage 3 minutes from D1. As a matter of fact it is very worth visiting anyway that locals know well. Home slow cooking.
And now with a special focus on goose. Thick Kaldoun soop and main dishes from the white bird are traditional in November. Excellent goulash from goose innards for those with more adventurous taste buds.
Great home made deserts and of course nice selection of local wines. One star down for Czech Budweiser I am not fond of.
And nice home made pates in glass to take with you.

Visited on way home from nice weekend. Came here around 1PM, when the restaurant was quite full. In a half an hour it got half empty, which was convenient. Staff was very active, helpful, nice and smiley. Menu is shortened on one page, but only interesting choices stayed. Every dish was just great, starting with roast beef. Pork neck with roasted potatoes was next and was perfect. Count in great Pilsner and you have fantastic combo. This place is still very grat and definitely worth visiting.

Very nice restaurant in the middle of village. Not very visible from the road. When coming from highway and reach T junction, continue straight to nearest parking. If you're Tesla owner, you can charge directly on front of the restaurant. Place seems quite fancy, service is very good and staff friendly. We only had daily menu, but it was really delicious. In summer there is quite big garden to sit in, still in privacy and outside of main road. I totally recommend visiting when driving through Velké Bílovice. It is worth taking the exit off highway on way to Slovakia or on your way back to Brno.
