L	Luboš Veselý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá hrůza. Byl jsem zde na obědě 4.7. s manželkou a dvěma dětmi, objednali jsme si řízek, salát, smažené žampiony a smažený sýr, nic složitého. Po 45 minutách čekání nám servírka oznámila, že žampiony nejsou a že si můžeme objednat něco jiného. Na můj dotaz, zda to nevěděli těsně po objednání, pokrčila rameny. A na dotaz, zda budeme čekat dalších 45 minut (doobjednali jsme druhý řízek) odvětila, že ne, že jsme už na řadě. Vše trvalo dalších dvacet minut, celkem od okamžiku objednání jsme čekali na jídlo přes hodinu. Podotýkám, že v restauraci bylo kolem 15 hostů. Samotné jídlo bylo velmi podprůměrné, nasytilo, to bylo však vše. Čekal bych, že po roce uzavírek se setkáme s podstatně lepším přístupem k zákazníkům. Absolute horror. I was here for lunch on 4.7. with my wife and two children, we ordered steak, salad, fried mushrooms and fried cheese, nothing complicated. After 45 minutes of waiting, the waitress informed us that there are no mushrooms and that we can order something else. When I asked if they didn't know right after ordering, she shrugged. And when asked if we would wait another 45 minutes (we ordered the second steak), she replied that it was not our turn. Everything took another twenty minutes, in total we waited for food for over an hour from the moment of ordering. I note that there were about 15 guests in the restaurant. The food itself was very below average, satiated, but that was all. I would expect that after a year of deadlines we will encounter a significantly better approach to customers.
K	Karel Hora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji navštívit. V 13.15 hod. byla "vyškrtána" polovina jídel z denní nabídky. Moje volba ze zbytku byl smažený sýr s bramborem a tatarská omáčka. A něco k pití. Byl mi předložen plátek snad tricetiprocentniho eidamu v nějaké trojobalové krustě s hrstí nakrájeného zelí s dvěma kousky něčeho červeného to celé údajně "obloha" a žlutá hmota vzdáleně připomínající něco mezi vařenými a šťouchanými brambory. Pití bylo doneseno ve sklenici ještě s polepem IKEA, asi ani neoplachnou sklo, když ho vybalí z krabice. Za mne hodnocení: minus 2 hvězdy. Proč doporučuji? Taková restaurační hrůza se hned tak nikde neuvidí. I recommend to visit. At 1.15 pm, half of the meals from the daily menu were "deleted". My choice of the rest was fried cheese with potatoes and tartar sauce. And something to drink. I was presented with a slice of perhaps thirty percent eidam in some three-pack crust with a handful of chopped cabbage with two pieces of something red, all supposedly "garnish" and a yellow mass remotely resembling something between boiled and mashed potatoes. The drink was brought in a glass with an IKEA sticker, they probably won't even rinse the glass when they unpack it from the box. Rating for me: minus 2 stars. Why do I recommend? Such a restaurant horror will not be seen anywhere right away.
