Chodil jsem sem velmi rád do té doby než jsem si tu dal burgr s trhaným masem. Doted jsem si myslel, že na burgeru není co pokazit, mýlil jsem se. Houska oschlá a lehce natřená nečím co připomínalo rajčatový protlak, zvláštní. I když nebudu přemýšlet co to bylo, tak tam stejně bylo tak málo, že to celé bylo extremně suché. "Trhané" maso, nebylo vůbec trhané. Byly to spíše špalky suchého vepřového masa, které někdo na 20 minut strčil do trouby. Trhané maso má být šťavnaté a má se rozpadat na malá vlákna. To co jsem dostal tady v burgeru nebo vůbec trhané, byly to 2 velké suché kusy masa. Hranolky samotně bez dipu. (I když v menu bylo napsáno dip, asi tím dipem mysleli tu trochu rajčatovky v bulce). Jednoznačně nejhorší burgr, co jsem kdy jedl. Když už chcete dělat burgery, tak pár rad. 1) čerstvá měkká bulka je naprostý základ (když už ne domácí, tak alespoň 8kč kaufland) 2) dip by měl být v bulce i bokem k hranolkám a rozhodně ne rajčatový protlak, to je na mašli 3) maso udělat tak, aby bylo šťavnaté, ne jako podrážka. A když má být trhané, tak ať opravdu je trhané. Stačí se podívat na jakýkoliv recept na Youtube
I used to come here until I had a shredder. Doted I thought there was nothing wrong with the burger, I was wrong. The bun is dry and lightly painted with something resembling tomato paste, strange. Even if I didn't think what it was, there were still so few that it was extremely dry. "Torn" meat was not torn at all. It was more like a block of dry pork that someone had put in the oven for 20 minutes. The shredded meat should be juicy and should break up into small fibers. What I got here in the burger or torn at all was 2 large dry pieces of meat. French fries alone without dip. (Although a dip was written on the menu, they probably meant a little tomato in a bun). By far the worst burger I've ever eaten. If you want to make burgers, a few tips. 1) fresh soft bun is an absolute basis (if not domestic, then at least 8 CZK kaufland) 2) the dip should be in the bun and sideways to the fries and definitely not the tomato puree, that's on the bow 3) Make the meat so that it is juicy, not like a sole. And if it's supposed to be torn, let it really be torn. Just look at any recipe on Youtube

I love this place that I found by accident. It's truly a hidden gem. I've been coming here for 2 years and it never let me down. The meals are delicious, the portions big and the staff friendly. Have I mentioned the low prices? If you are looking for a tasty lunch menu or a dinner, at Onyx you won't be disappointed for sure.
