Update: in response to the owner's comment, my partner did stop to get a drink to-go earlier from the restaurant before he met me at the train station. Unfortunately, our train had an engine problem so we had to take the next one, and we decided to go have a meal at the restaurant while we waited. Regardless of my partner being there earlier, I don't understand why someone from the wait staff wouldn't come greet us or ask us if we needed anything especially if they were confused. My partner is Czech so there wouldn't have been a language barrier. The family that sat at the table next to us also had a similar experience where there were displeased with it taking so long for them to even get drinks and then told to wait to order even longer. It just seemed as if there was no system as to greeting and taking orders. I do t think an order of fried cheese and two sides of fries should've taken over 30 minutes past the time of ordering. The fact that you are blaming the situation on the paying customer is completely rude. Terrible service. We waited for almost 30 minutes to be greeted to even order. Even after that, it still took a long time for drinks to arrive. The table next to us also had to wait a long time. Our food ended up coming out much later and we barely had time to eat before rushing to make the train. We had 1 hour and 40 minutes to wait for the train and we could barley get fried cheese, fries, and drinks in this amount of time.

Excellent food served quickly. We will return for sure! Nice seating area in and out. Strongly recommended!
