K	Kateřina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje domácí srdcovka. Výborné pizzy, milá obsluha,od jara do podzimu se dá sedět venku na terasce a je zde pohled na vrcholky Krkonoš. Doporučuji. Jen škoda že přes léto není otevřeno každý den. My home sweetheart. Excellent pizzas, friendly staff, from spring to autumn you can sit outside on the terrace and there is a view of the peaks of the Giant Mountains. I recommend. It's a pity that it's not open every day during the summer.

Abych na jídlo čekal 45min a potom mi bylo řečeno, že si ho vzal někdo jiný je hamba. Příště už jsem nepůjdu. Radši hlad než tohle! Absolutely appalling, when ordering Miss nice, but has no idea what he negotiated. To wait 45 minutes for food and then I was told that someone else had taken it is a hamba. I won't go next time. Za jídlo pro dva lidi jsme museli zaplatit 610,- a podle mne to bylo vše kupované v supermarketu... Strašně předražené a malý tip - nekupujte si zde Pepsi do plastu nebo podobné. Mají to dole ve stánku levnější Really awful ... Raspberry up to half a liter costs 60 CZK and it is tapped. We had to pay 610 for food for two people - and in my opinion it was all bought in the supermarket ... Terribly overpriced and a little tip - don't buy Pepsi in plastic or similar here. They have it cheaper down in the booth
M	Martin Udržal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jídlo nebylo špatné (měli jsme kynuté knedlíky). Nabídka celkem pestrá - jak jídla, tak i pití. Dobrá poloha ihned u vleku a žádné fronty. Tím ale pozitiva končí. Jinak vcelku drahota, nepříjemná obsluha (kterou evidentně otravuje, že tam někdo přišel). Paní se ještě snažila TRAPNĚ navýšit cenu o 10,- Kč jak nám, tak jsem to během návštěvy viděl ještě třikrát u dalších hostů. Pití drahé 0,5l točenky za 65,- je docela dost na to, že vedle na Větrově to mají za 35,- a ještě s milou obsluhou. Doporučuji se nad svým přístupem k hostům trochu zamyslet a věřím, že budete mít plno, jako mají vedle. Mimochodem stejně tak je dobré brát platební karty - jsem relativně stará škola, ale na sjezdovku se mi nechce tahat ssebou keš. Bude to bonus i pro vás, zvláště, když konkurence karty přijímá. The food was not bad (we had sourdough dumplings). The menu is quite varied - both food and drink. Good location right next to the lift and no queues. But that ends the positives. Otherwise quite expensive, unpleasant staff (who obviously annoys that someone came there). The lady tried to TRAPNA increase the price by 10 CZK, both of us and I saw it three more times during the visit with other guests. Drinking an expensive 0.5 l turntable for 65, - is quite enough for the fact that next to Větrov they have it for 35, - and still with friendly service. I encourage you to think a little about your approach to guests and I believe you will be as full as they are next door. By the way, it's just as good to take credit cards - I'm a relatively old school, but I don't want to pull a cache on the slopes. It will also be a bonus for you, especially if the competition accepts the card.

Chápu, že po hlavní sezóně to nebude kdovíjaká hitparáda, ale na výběr špagety nebo celkem malý řízek s hranolky za 165, langoš a hranolky pro děti, točená limonáda za 60, kuřecí vývar za 50 bez kousku masa... Takže pardon, ale tohle fakt ne... This is how the Czech mountains are killed ... I understand that after the high season it will not be a kind of chart, but a choice of spaghetti or a small steak with french fries for 165, langoustines and french fries for children, lemonade for 60, chicken broth for 50 without a piece of meat ... So sorry, but not really this ...
