★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Restaurant direkt neben der Burg. Trotz dieser Lage ist es keine Touristenfalle, stattdessen bekommt man hier leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Souz-vide-gegarte Schweinehals mit Speck und Spiegelei. Auch die Getränke sind hier günstig und im Biergarten sitzt man sehr schön und schattig mit Blick auf die Burg. Top!
Great restaurant right next to the castle. Despite its location, it's not a tourist trap, instead serving delicious food at reasonable prices. We especially recommend the souz-vide pork neck with bacon and fried egg. Drinks are also cheap here and you can sit in the beer garden in a very nice and shady place with a view of the castle. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a perfect location in the historical center of the town Cheb. It would be a great place to hang out unless there is this bald-headed most annoying, awkward and arogant manager you can ever imagine. One can be even afraid to ask him for service, his always angry face and behavior will just spoil your day. This guy hate people. Dont let him to ruin your visit in the beautyful historical town Cheb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location and terrace, unfortunately very unfriendly staff, especially to those with dogs. You will be judged by your looks and clothes and will receive that kind of service. The socialistic style of leading the restaurant, I feel sorry to see this kind of manager around. Beer is ok, food expensive as hell (for the location) for what you get on your plate. If you want to have a beer, this place is ok, but I suggest all foreign tourists to have a real meal somewhere around, otherwise these guys will ruin our town.
