★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staropramen and Krakonos on tap, decent selection of daily main courses. Food is cheap and simple, not amazing but for the price it is quite ok. Inside is very smoky and a little grubby. Outside seating is nice but service can be slow when busy.

Dont expect anything special, anyway the food is worth of 4 stars.
The beer is cheap (it really is, 1€ for a pint), non-alcoholic drinks are sadly not.

The waitress we had was very kind and helped us order in spite of the language barrier. I had a chicken burger and everyone else I was with had a hamburger. Mine was a good chicken burger, pretty average. Everyone else I was with said their burgers were pretty lack-luster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic old-fashioned Czech pub with Czech dishes (cutlet with potatoes, fryed cheese with potatoes) and global dishes too (goulash with potato cakes, beef or chicken hamburger). They serve Czech beers only. Everything for good prices. They play some local rock radio broadcasting. You can pay by cash, card or "ticket restaurant" (stravenka).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This suberp piece of traditional Czech pub is neatly placed in the strategic centre of lovely hood of Vršovice. Good beer, good food, possibility to sit outside and enjoy couple of "škopek" with friends. The interior is super classical with warm wood and some interesting art, including portrait of His royal highness Franz Joseph I. and a replica of The Lady with an Ermin. Highly recommended!
