M	Milie s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurace je velice hezká. Servírka přišla během chvilky a jídlo bylo doneseno také velice rychle. Navštívila jsem restauraci s přáteli ve všední den večer. Jediné co bych vytkla, že jsme nedostali příbory, ale museli jsme si pro ně sami dojít. A dále domácí limonáda psáno v nápojovém lístku 0,5 l, ale co jsme se shodli tak jí určitě nebylo více než 0,35. The restaurant is very nice. The waitress arrived in a moment and the food was also delivered very quickly. I visited the restaurant with friends on weekday evenings. The only thing I would say is that we didn't get cutlery, but we had to go for them ourselves. And then the homemade lemonade written in the drink list 0.5 l, but what we agreed so it certainly was not more than 0.35.

Nulová snaha nabídnout cokoliv jiného, takže 18 lidí sedí bez nápoje a čeká na jídlo. Předkrmy (tatarák) přinesou s hlavním jídlem. Topinky studené. Jídlo vlažné. Kuřecí prso (suché) ke kterému byly objednány brambory navíc donesou bez grilované zeleniny která je součástí pokrmu. Ostatní zeleninu dostali. Jedno jídlo nedorazilo vůbec a číšník se přišel zeptat co jsme si vlastně objednali... 2 hvězdy pouze za interiér. Pre-ordered table for 18 people. The first drink (beer) was fine, but then ran out of air (they only have one bottle). Zero effort to offer anything else, so 18 people sit without a drink and wait for food. Appetizers (tartare) bring with the main course. Cold toast. Food lukewarm. Chicken breast (dry) to which the potatoes were ordered will also bring without grilled vegetables which is part of the dish. The other vegetables were given. One meal didn't arrive at all and the waiter came to ask what we actually ordered ... 2 stars only for the interior.
R	Radek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při první návštěvě restaurace vše v naprostém pořádku. Při druhé už taková spokojenost nebyla. O jednu hvězdu méně dávám za prvotní neinformovanost o nabídce jídel. Ze 4 jídel jsme se 3x trefili do jídla, které nebylo k dispozici. Obsluhující slečna ihned vinu svedla na kolegyni, že nás neinformovala o nabídce. Trochu vtipné je, že proč by nás měla informovat kolegyně, když nás neobsluhovala a měla jiné stoly. Za druhé dávám o hvězdu méně za alergenové složení jídel. I když jídlo třeba mléko neobsahuje už na první pohled, alergen je i tak obsažen v informaci u nabízeného pokrmu. Popravdě, u každého jídla jsou vypsány snad všechny alergeny, které lidé mívají nejčastěji, takže jak lidé s intolerancí laktózy, tak celiaci se tu dle jídeláku prostě nemůžou najíst. Trochu škoda na moderní a skvěle vypadající restauraci. Na tomto bych opravdu zapracoval. Obsluhující slečna byla trochu vyděšená, když jsem se jí zeptal, zda opravdu v jídle mléko je. Byť se šla zeptat kuchaře na složení jídla, nedalo se přeslechnout, jak si s kolegyní “potichu” zavtipkujou, že ani neví jaké jsou alegeny. V dnešní době, kdy alergie a intolerance na určité potraviny vládne, jsou tyto infromace velmi podstatné. Jinak jídlo chutné, dobře vypadá a lahodí očím. Obsluha snaživá, leč nedostatky se dají najít. Celkově si odsud odnesete pocit příjemné atmosféry moderní restaurace. ? On the first visit to the restaurant, everything is in perfect order. Secondly, I give a star less for the allergenic composition of foods. Even though the food, for example, does not contain milk at first sight, the allergen is still included in the information of the offered food. In fact, every meal lists almost all the allergens that people have most often, so both people with lactose intolerance and celiac disease simply can't eat here according to the menu. It's a pity for a modern and great looking restaurant. I would really work on this. The waitress was a little scared when I asked her if there was really milk in the food. Although she went to ask the chef about the composition of the meal, it was impossible to overhear how she and her colleague joked "quietly" that they did not even know what the algae were. In today's age of allergies and intolerances to certain foods, these information are very important. Otherwise, the food is delicious, looks good and delights the eyes. The service is diligent, but shortcomings can be found. Overall, you will enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of a modern restaurant. ?
B	Benua Vu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KATASTROFA! Obsluha absolutně neprofesionální. Blonďatá slečna servírka koulela očima a odpovídala arogantně. Polévky byly studené, z kulajdy se při takové teplotě stala spíše omáčka. Až tak, že si k tomu člověk mohl přiobjednat knedlíky a měl by z toho hlavní jídlo. Guláš byl opravdu velice slaný, pečené kuře bylo tak suché, že jsme si mysleli, že si ho spletli s jerky (sušené maso). Navíc k němu měl být chleba, a to automaticky, jelikož je to tak napsané v menu. I tak se obsluha zeptala: “vážně k tomu chcete chleba?” - další důkaz neprofesionálního přístupu. V dalším pokrmu jsme měli bramboru s plísní. Argument obsluhy, že jsme to měli hned nahlásit nebyl namístě, jelikož jsme na jídlo čekali 30-45minut. Kdybychom jídlo reklamovali, tak bychom na oběd čekali 1-1,5h (nutno podotknout, že se jednalo o jídla z denní nabídky). Když jsme tohle vše sdělili obsluze, bylo nám řečeno, že jsme jediní, kdo kdy měl nějaký problém. Podotýkám, že za tu dobu, co jsme tam byli, si stěžovali minimálně další 2 stoly. U jednoho z nich si paní dokonce objednala těstoviny s pestem a když obsluze řekla, že tam pesto nemá, tak ji odpověděli, že je smíchané s těstovinami. Na to jim paní odvětila, že pesto by bylo vidět, jelikož je zelené, a obsluha na to jen řekla ‘aha?’. Do tohoto podniku už se určitě nevrátím - nevhodná hudba, podprůměrné jídlo, neprofesionální obsluha. CATASTROPHE! Absolutely unprofessional service. The young blonde waitress rolled her eyes and answered arrogantly. The soups were cold, the kulajda turned into a sauce at such a temperature. So much so that one could order dumplings and have a main course. The goulash was really very salty, the roasted chicken was so dry that we thought they had mistaken it for jerky (dried meat). In addition to it there should be bread, automatically, because it is so written in the menu. Even so, the waiter asked, "Do you really want bread for that?" - further evidence of a non-professional approach. In the next dish we had potatoes with mold. The staff's argument that we should have reported it immediately was not appropriate, as we waited for food for 30-45 minutes. If we complained about the food, we would wait 1-1.5 hours for lunch (it should be noted that these were dishes from the daily menu). When we told all this to the staff, we were told that we were the only ones who ever had a problem. I note that during our time there, we have been complaining about at least another 2 tables. The lady even ordered pasta with pesto from one of them, and when she told the staff that she didn't have pesto there, they told her that it was mixed with pasta. The lady replied that the pesto would be visible because it was green, and the staff just said ‘aha?’. I will definitely not return to this company - inappropriate music, below-average food, unprofessional service.

M	Michaela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme již po druhé. Prostředí krásné. A jídlo skvělé. Takovouhle restauraci Příbram potřebovala. Pokud se nic nezmění, udrží se tu dlouho a návštěvnost bude velká. Ale co bych vytkla je, že obsluha by mohla být víc ochotnější, pečlivější a aktivnější. Nehledě na to, že nám ke stolu obsluha nesla pití a dvě sklenice s pivem vylila a to i na nás. Vím, že se to může stát, ale opravdu jsme byli zlitý, tak bych upřímně za to čekala nějakou kompenzaci a větší péči, což se nestalo, to mě trochu zklamalo. Každopádně nemohu říct, že by mě to odradilo na tolik, že bych už restauraci nenavštívila. :) We were for the second time. The environment is beautiful. And the food is great. Příbram needed a restaurant like that. If nothing changes, they will stay here for a long time and the number of visitors will be high. But what I would point out is that the staff could be more willing, more careful and more active. Despite the fact that the staff brought us a drink and poured two glasses of beer, even on us. I know it can happen, but we were really sorry, so I would honestly expect some compensation and more care, which didn't happen, it disappointed me a bit. Anyway, I can't say that it would discourage me so much that I wouldn't visit the restaurant again. :)

Skvěle jsme se najedli a prožili jsme moc hezky strávený čas, mile obslouženi za příjemné atmosféry nového interiéru. Zmrzlinový pohár jsem nestihla vyfotit, ale byl okouzlující!! Rádi se sem opět vrátíme. We visited the restaurant with a friend without expectation during a visit to friends in Příbram, but in the end our chin dropped. We had a great meal and spent a very nice time, pleasantly served in a pleasant atmosphere of the new interior. I didn't have time to take a picture of the ice cream sundae, but it was charming !! We will be happy to return here again.
