Inconspicuous from the outside, but even more surprising inside. Great staff, perfect food and large portions. I enjoy this! ?

Vyplatí se sjet z obchvatu Hradce a užít si jídlo. Díky za vše. After a long time I stopped at a very interesting restaurant. Service very helpful and kind? The food was great. I can recommend fallow deer patties with Karlovy Vary dumplings. It pays to get off the Hradec bypass and enjoy your meal. Thanks for all.

A	Apolena Dobešová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great meal, bad service. Well, because of the good reviews, I expected very high level of the restaurant. The truth was that since we had a reservation, which means they expected us coming and we also came 10 mins late so they had enough time for preparing our table, nobody cleaned it. It was sticky and obviously not cleaned at all even during the corona virus pandemic. That was really bad first sight. I also expected the waiter to come for us to the waiting area and show us our table but they weren't coming for us so after a while, we had to ask for the table by ourselves. Not sure how it works there. So later we were waiting for the menu and when the waiter came, he asked us what we're gonna drink and eat even though we didn't have any menu. The same repeated one more time with another waitress so they obviously didn't have a clue who supposed to be doing what, so the service was quite random. What I found inappropriate was the waiter's comment of our order, probably in order to seem friendly and talkative. I'd rather enjoy decent behaviour instead of making a customer feel uncomfortable. The meals themselves were great but I'd really appreciate better stuff and service. When we paid, the waiter asked if everything was OK. When we said about the dirty table he just ensured us everything was cleaned and it was fu*king (sorry) lie. If the stuff was great, I'd never complain. But this is an important thing to me, to feel welcome and comfortable. If you lie to me and smile to my face, what else do you lie about?
C	Catie Boulard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entering the restaurant, you get a glance at the maturation fridge (where meat are store for a certain amount of time to get perfect taste and softness). It gives you an idea of what can be cooked. Then while waiting your order , the chef comes and ask you to wait for a couple more minutes (and you have only been waiting for a few minutes so it s not an issue), the reason he gives: "the meat need to rest before it is cooked", never heard of that, but the result was delicious! tender, juicy, tasty, perfectly cooked as I requested...It had it all! I truly recommend it!
