★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektně provedená oprava, naprosto předčila očekávání. Dobu trvání opravy 6 týdnů (v letní sezoně) hodnotím více než přijatelně.
 Perfectly executed repair, completely exceeded expectations. I evaluate the duration of the repair of 6 weeks (in the summer season) more than acceptably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zažil jsem naprosto neprofesinální přístup. Dovezl jsem do Otrokovic osobně trekové boty na kompletní výměnu podešve. Boty byly řádně očistěné a ošetřené voskem zakoupeným z e-shopu Restday asi před rokem. Přebírající osoba mně odmítla převzít boty do opravy s tím, že jsou přemaštěné. Trpělivě jsem vysvětloval běžný postup impregnace jejich produktem na ochranu obuvi. Boty jsem chtěl opravit za každou cenu, i bez záruky kvality přilepené podešve. Bohužel, boty nepřevzali k opravě. Takže velký zklamání.
I experienced a completely unprofessional approach. I personally brought trekking shoes to Otrokovice for a complete replacement of the sole. The shoes were properly cleaned and treated with wax purchased from the Restday e-shop about a year ago. The person taking over refused to take my shoes for repair, saying that they were oiled. I patiently explained the usual procedure of impregnation with their shoe protection product. I wanted to repair the shoes at all costs, even without a guarantee of the quality of the glued sole. Unfortunately, the shoes were not taken over for repair. So a big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perektní zkušenost! Rychlá a vstřícná komunikace. Oprava (Hanwag Alaska) úplně dokonalá. Vše rychle (cca měsíc i s dopravou), kvalitně a nakonec - v kontextu konkrétní boty - i levně. Jestli budu potřebovat ještě někdy opravovat botu, tak jedině tady.
Perfect experience! Fast and helpful communication. Repair (Hanwag Alaska) absolutely perfect. Everything quickly (about a month and with transport), high quality and finally - in the context of a specific shoe - and cheap. If I ever need to repair a shoe again, only here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionálne prevedená výmena komplet podrážiek Vibram aj s obsádzkou za veľmi rozumný čas a cenu. Hanwag-y sú po 7 rokoch ako nové a vďaka zvýšeniu obsádzky, vlastne ešte lepšie ako keď som si ich kúpil. Veľmi pekne ďakujem a prajem ešte veľa spokojných zákazníkov. Vrelo odporúčam každému ?
Professionally replaced set of Vibram soles, even with a crew, for a very reasonable time and price. The Hanwags are new after 7 years and thanks to the increase in occupancy, they are actually even better than when I bought them. Thank you very much and I wish many more satisfied customers. I highly recommend it to everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi dobře opravené trekovky mám již několik let a drží. Firma by mohla zavést nějaký on-line systém rezervace na opravu obuvi. Čekací dobra opravy je dost dlouhá. Zákazník by mohl poslat boty do opravny v určitý datum rezervace a věděl by, že do 14 dnů by měl boty doma.
I have had very well repaired trekking shoes for several years and they hold. The company could set up an online reservation system for shoe repair. The waiting time for repairs is quite long. The customer could send the shoes to a repair shop on a certain date of booking and would know that he would have the shoes at home within 14 days.
