Purchased a brand new 11 tray Retigo Combi Oven from their
Distributors in my country
Not a good choice , does not cook uniform 1/2 tray burned other
half not cooked..
Sales reps in one Easter European Country have no skills, are not
professional ,do not back up their sales
Do not have SERVICE QUALIFIED PERSONAL thru Warranty and AFTER WARRANTY ..
When Oven is unplugged or Electric Co, shuts off power for work in the
area , the Oven Display show colored lines (see pictures bellow) WORST
FACT It does not start for weeks ,as restaurant we pay premium money
for commercial equipment to ..WORK
Retigo country sale Co, did not help
Turned to Retigo Service ( called many times,mails w/pictures) trying to get help on my own ..BAD LUCK service dptm. transferred me to country
rep...the HELP was short ..get in touch with Co, that sold the Oven in your
country..Thanks a lot
