I have bad experiences with this company. They fix everything, but there are problems with the scope of their work. Despite the fact that an inexperienced man likes to tighten the noodles. (They'll do and charge him with a lot of useless things he didn't ask - he didn't order that.) One example: At the end of the holidays, I gave them a brush cutter that did not work to put it "in a cluster". Within a week they cleaned the carburetor, replaced the candle, and put it into operation perfectly - the cost of repair was 1460 CZK. But after two days of use, the throttle cable broke. Then I visited the company asking for exchange (of course for a fee - it was not a claim). They were not able to answer my question. We said goodbye to them that they had contact with me and they might contact me. After about 10 days, I will be told that the brush cutter is finished. But the horror awaited me at the time of payment. They claimed 2142 CZK for gas cable replacement. I asked what was going on there and the master replied that the carburetor was cleaning, adjusting and changing the candle. On my question why it happened when it was not ordered and it happened about 14 before that (which has already been paid) told me that it must be done at the same time changing the cable. I felt like he was making me stupid. This brush cutter has been disassembled several times, so I know that thanks to the throttle stop there is no need to adjust anything when changing the gas cable, let alone clean and change the spark plug. But the Lord did not let go, so I paid and thought mine. I honestly never give anything to this company.
