I have been cooperating with the company for a long time, we always order cleaning after construction work and all cleaning has always been done to number one. The cleaning ladies are decent and, most importantly, representative.

Absolute satisfaction, perfect agreement and organization. An acquaintance recommended the company to me when we were looking for someone solid to clean the apartment before selling it. Everything was carefully cleaned exactly as we had agreed in advance with the manager. In addition, two nice ladies arrived, who really enjoy the cleaning and do their work honestly and with joy. I definitely recommend trying it, you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the implementation of the ordered work did not correspond to advertising on the website or the agreement. But invoicing was not an obstacle to full invoicing, despite the fact that we were not satisfied with the work done and we complained. We ordered a general cleaning of the almost empty house before moving: “After ordering a general cleaning, you no longer have to worry about anything. We will clean and completely clean your entire household to the last centimeter. We will bring all cleaning supplies and cleaning aids, including ladders for hard-to-reach places. ” House 150 m2 without washing windows, price CZK 5,500, two workers had to make it in less than 3 hours. The staff were nice, helpful, helpful, but they couldn't do anything. Of course, that could not happen. The quality is lousy, some activities are not done, the kitchen and built-in furniture remained, for example, with sawdust inside, smudges on the doors, stainless steel in the bathrooms as well, dirty tiles, painted parts clogged, etc. The biggest disappointment of the company's response to the complaint that a week after completion nothing can be solved, nor to the offer that they can personally convince themselves was not heard. It can also be documented by camera recordings. On the contrary, the argument that we took over everything, I recommend white gloves and an hour to check. Arrogant approach. At the same time, nothing changed in a week, the following weekend we wanted to move to the clean and we had to employ 4 people for the whole day (ie about 24 hours) to clean everything up after the cleaning company. ??‍♂️ Did we pay the invoice in full despite the dissatisfaction and conclusion? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

A simple thing is to create a cavity for blown insulation in the attic. The work was done badly (according to the insulation supplier) and in addition there was invoiced material that was not used. They do not answer phones from a known number, you have to call from a number they do not know. The company's manager of the answer to the complaint (full of spelling mistakes, by the way), or its rejection, was left, probably on purpose, on the last day by which he had to resolve the complaint according to the law.
