Pri podani jakekoli reklamace po predani bytu (Rezidence Palata) jejich reklamacni «technici» takrka nekomunikuji a pokud ano, tak bud lzou nebo prijdou s nejakou absurdni vymluvou. Na vyjadreni na zaslane podnety jsem v prumeru cekal 4 mesice, vetsinu jich zamitli ikdyz mi jejich «technik» dal prislib ustne.
Pokud si chcete usetrit spoustu nervu a financi, rozhodne se vyhnete tomuto "premiovemu" developerovi, ktery ve vas ve finale vzbudi dojem, ze jste byli okradeni a nesplnil, co slibil.
AKTUALIZACE 30.07.2019: Developer me prostrednictvim sveho pravniho zastupce pozadal o odstraneni me recenze, misto aby se zabyval vyresenim reklamaci. Teto zadosti jsem samozrejme nevyhovel.

When filing any complaint after the sale of the apartment (Rezidence Palata) their claimants «technicians» almost do not communicate and if so, either lza or come up with some absurd excuse. On average, I waited for 4 months to respond to the complaints, most of them were rejected even if their «technician» gave me a promise.
If you want to save a lot of nerve and finance, you will definitely avoid this "premier" developer, who will give you the impression that you were robbed and failed to do what he promised.
UPDATE 30.07.2019: The developer asked me to remove my review through my legal representative, instead of dealing with the claim. Of course, I did not comply with this requirement.
