K	Klára Létalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní chování majitele penzionu, chudá snídaně, v restauraci,kde jsme měli mít večeři o nás nevěděli, ani nám ji prvně nechtěli dát, protože majitel penzionu jim předchozí nezaplatil. Víno, které majitel v penzionu nabízí bylo zoxidované a automat nebyl doplněn. Plusem byla příjemná a ochotná paní, která podávala snídaně a pozice penzionu v centru Znojma u krásného kostela. The arrogant behavior of the owner of the pension, poor breakfast, in the restaurant where we were supposed to have dinner did not know about us, nor did they want to give it to us for the first time, because the owner of the pension did not pay them the previous one. The wine that the owner offers in the guest house was oxidized and the vending machine was not replenished. A plus was a pleasant and helpful lady who served breakfast and the position of the pension in the center of Znojmo near the beautiful church.

Otřesné a arogantní jednání majitele, nedovolil nám zaparkovat u rezidence přes to, že bylo uvedeno v podmínkách, nedodal dle voucheru lístky na Radniční věž ani do podzemi, opět přes to, že bylo uvedeno a připlaceno ve voucheru. Zaměstnanci na něj odkazovali, věčně prázdná recepce, pak jsme ho náhodou potkaly a při snaze to řešit tvrdil, že má momentálně volno, je soukromá osoba a smál se. Při odhlášení z pobytu jsme jej naháněly po celé rezidenci asi 30 minut, pak nás doslova buzeroval, že máme stát dole na recepci a zvonit, což jsme dělaly a nikdo nešel. NIKDE VE SVĚTĚ JSME TO NEZAŽILY, TADY ANO!!! JE TO ODPORNÝ, ULHANÝ, AROGANTNÍ A HNUSNÝ CHLAP. DO NOT DRIVE HERE !!! HORRIBLY!!! The shocking and arrogant actions of the owner did not allow us to park at the residence despite the fact that it was stated in the conditions, did not deliver tickets to the Town Hall Tower or to the basement according to the voucher, again despite the fact that it was stated and paid for in the voucher. The staff referred to him, the eternally empty reception, then we met him by chance, and while trying to solve it, he claimed that he was currently on leave, he was a private person and he laughed. When we checked out of the stay, we chased him all over the residence for about 30 minutes, then he literally buzzed us that we had to stand down at the reception and ring, which we did and no one went. WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD, YES HERE !!! IT IS A RESISTANT, LIKE, AROGANT AND DISGUSTING BOY.
M	Mic Skr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mieszane odczucia. Lokalizacja znakomita - samo centrum w urokliwym miejscu. Obsługa sympatyczna, bez zastrzeżeń, profesjonalnie. Śniadania średnie. Pokój w miarę, skromne. Natomiast niedopuszczalne śmierdzące ręczniki. Kolejny raz chyba zakwateruję się gdzieś indziej. Mixed feelings. Excellent location - the very center in a charming place. Nice, professional and unqualified service. Average breakfasts. Room as far as modest. In contrast, unacceptable smelly towels. I will probably stay somewhere else for the next time.
K	Karel Melecký on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při ohlášeném příjezdu nikde nikdo, majitel přijel bez omluvy po půlhodině. Dal nám jiný, zřejmě menší pokoj než byl objednán, neřešili jsme. Večer jsem musel pod komickou záminkou přeparkovat auto na vedlejší uzamykatelné parkovací místo zjevně proto, aby ho na druhý den mohl po mém odjezdu zamknout ve prospěch jiného hosta (...). Proč jste nám neřekl už ráno, že tu nemáme parkovat? Nebyla příležitost, odtušil ten, kdo za barem 20 minut čekal, než se nasnídáme. Nejbližší parking placený, 500 metrů. Na pokoji u stropu dvacítka, voda teplá, jen aby se člověk nenachladil, jedna rolka WC papíru a personál tak jako celé Znojmo bez respirátorů. Odjeli jsme dřív. Všude dobře, tady ne. In the evening, under a comic pretext, I had to park the car in the next lockable parking space, apparently so that he could lock it the next day after my departure in favor of another guest (...). Why didn't you tell us in the morning not to park here? There was no opportunity, said the one who had waited 20 minutes for the bar before breakfast. Nearest paid parking, 500 meters. In the room at the ceiling twenty, hot water, just so you don't get cold, one roll of toilet paper and staff like the whole of Znojmo without respirators. We left earlier. Good everywhere, not here.
