Closed at 5:00 PM, although it says it's open until 6:00 PM. Wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepsi tlacenka co jsem za poslednich par let jedl. Zadne neidetifikovatelne casti prasete, proste pochoutka. Velice mila obsluha. Jen tak dal.
The best button I have eaten in the last few years. No unidentifiable parts of the pig, just a delicacy. Very nice staff. Keep it up.

Cca 1,30 kg
Těšili jsme se na telecí řízky, ale po rozbalení balíčku se ukázalo břicho, nikoliv kýta.
Myslím, že tato vyúčtovaná částka je více než přehnaná.
Žádám nápravu.

Approx. 1.30 kg
We were looking forward to the veal cuttings, but after unpacking the package we showed the abdomen, not the leg.
I think this charge is more than excessive.
I'm asking for redress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když po předchozích nezdarech otevřelo Harrachovskou prodejnu (součást prodejny NORMA) Tomášovo řeznictví, byl Harrachov nadšen. Bohužel ani toto, kdysi vyhlášené řeznictví a uzenářství, nenaplňuje očekávání.
Ceny rostou, kvalita klesá.
Bílá klobása je spíš pekařský výrobek, métský salám/čajovka už má svoje za sebou - evidentně ztuchlá, jitrnice bez chuti, ceny masa nehorázné, šunka za 240,-Kč (žádná prestižní, jen šunka dušená). Dršťková polévka katastrofa.
Ale tlačenka velmi dobrá a maso je čerstvé (ne jako u předchozího provozovatele)
When Tomáš's butcher's shop opened the Harrachov store (part of the NORMA store) after previous setbacks, Harrachov was thrilled. Unfortunately, even this once famous butchery and charcuterie shop does not meet expectations.
Prices are rising, quality is falling.
White sausage is more of a bakery product, the Metz salami / tea is already behind it - obviously stale, tasteless jitrnice, the prices of meat are outrageous, ham for 240 CZK (no prestigious, only stewed ham). Tripe soup disaster.
But the stuffing is very good and the meat is fresh (not like the previous operator)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šla jsem do Normy s tím, že si pak nakoupím v řeznictví, které je součástí. Ale očkem jsem zaregistrovala, že řeznictví má do 17 hodin. Takže opačné pořadí. Bylo 16,45. Bohužel pult s masem zel prázdnotou, vyleštěno, uklizeno. Paní by mi asi podala zezadu, ale já nakupuji maso OČIMA, ne že řeknu kilo kýty a něco mi odněkud donesou. Navíc na webu mají asi špatně otvírací dobu...nechodím sem pravidelně, takže nevím, jestli mají nyní stále do 17 hodin.
I went to Norma and then bought them in the butcher shop that is part of it. But I noticed by the eye that the butcher shop has until 5 pm. So the reverse order. It was 16.45. Unfortunately, the counter with meat was empty, polished, cleaned. The lady would probably hand me the back, but I buy meat THROUGH THE EYES, not that I say a pound of a ham and they bring me something from somewhere. In addition, they probably have poor opening hours on the web ... I don't come here regularly, so I don't know if they still have it until 5 pm.
