D	Dušan Bílek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostal, jsem dva roky starý kávovar De Longhi, v Ostravě v autorizovaném servisu nebyli schopni po 14 dnech odstranit závadu, natož zprovoznit kávovar. Doporučili mi vyměnit elekronickou desku (4000,-), ale nezaručovali správný chod přístroje. Dostal jsem kontakt na RH Vending přímo na pana Hillera, a po telefonické konzultaci o problému kávovaru, jsem se domluvil na schůzce. Zde se mi věnoval osobně, a mohu jen říct, že je málo takových podnikatelů, kteří se věnují spokojenosti zákazníků jako p. Hiller. Po dvou hodinách, co se mi věnoval, jsem odjížděl s opraveným kávovarem a mohu ještě dodat, že elektronická deska to nebyla. Jsem rád, že ještě axistují takoví odborníci. After two hours of working on me, I left with a repaired coffee machine, and I can add that it was not an electronic board. I am glad that such experts still exist.

Kávovar v pondělí 28.3. přijatý na zjištění stavu s tím, že po zjištění diagnózy budu o stavu, možné léčbě i ceny s tím vším spojené informován. S ohledem na předběžný termín opravy 6.5. a ten prý není limitní snad nezapomenu, že jsem o nějakou opravu požádal. If you ask, I don't know yet.
