Při mých urgencích byli neprofesionální,nepřátelští,arogantní. NEBRAT a vyhnout se této firmě OBLOUKEM! Totally confused and unprofessional company. Twice they did not supply what they had at all, they chased my goods all over the country, instead of going to Ostrava they went to Prague. During my emergencies, they were unprofessional, hostile, arrogant. DO NOT take and avoid this company by ARC!

Člověk jim volá že si zboží osobně vyzvedne a když si při něj přijede, tak zjistí že ho vydali někomu úplně jinému. Tuhle Firmu nedoporučuji ani k přepravě toaletního papíru. Hrozné něco. Tam neví co dělá levá a pravá ruka. Catastrophic approach of staff. They issue goods to unauthorized persons, as well as goods that belong to someone else. Jediné, co můžu vytknout, že mi nepřišla sms s intervalem doručení. Komunikace s řidičem skvělá. Hned ráno volal, že to nestihne, tak jak má a dohodli jsme se na pozdějším čase, který také dodržel. Na pobočku do Ostravy se nedá týden dovolat, bez předchozího ohlášení dovezou jen část zboží z objednávky a ještě lednici doveze jen jeden člověk, i když mám zaplacený výnos do třetího patra, takže si zboží zase odvezl a netuším kdy se ke svým věcem dostanu a jestli vůbec. Nikdy více nevím proč si Alza vybrala zrovna tuto přepravní společnost. ??? The worst shipping company I've ever met. L	Lucie Docekalova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednaná matrace z JYSKU, měla dojít mezi 9-12, po tom co jsem ve 13 hodin volala do skladu tak mi po půl hodině volali zpět a řekli mi že auto mělo poruchu a muselo se překládat ale nevolali jelikož si mysleli že to stihnou. ?‍♂️ další termín byl za 5 dní ( byl mezitím víkend) časově mezi 16-19 hodinou, přijeli 19:30 , a z pánů vylezlo že mi to minulé nedoručili protože dopoledne se jim to nevešlo do auta. Brak parkingu przed firmą i brak WC. Jest parking przy sąsiedniej firmie. The unloading itself is quick. You give the documents directly to the warehouse. At the gate on the left side there is a bell and you wait for someone to come. No parking in front of the company and no toilet. There is a parking lot at the neighboring company.
