★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and beautiful place for breakfast and for dinner too. I was here twice, there you can get a good beer of 4-5 kinds. Service is so quick and waiter are professionals. What about kitchen, it was brilliant, i have never taste the better ribs. In the next time when i will be in Prague i want to visit this restaurant again, i would like to try some steaks it gonna be fantastic too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t even give them that one star. The waitress was unbelievably impolite and absolutely unfriendly! On top she took the order wrongly and blamed us for it, also in a unbelievably way of impoliteness. The meal itself was way too salty and not even warm.
Waste of money - no recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing... really bad food with half-raw pork ribs. Instead of roasted duck, chicken was served and the staff kept convincing us its a duck :-D
The dumplings were literally as hard as a stone, when we called the chief to show him his "artwork", he blamed it on some cook who has been already fired...
Just unbelievable :-D
Moreover, one of the most awful beers I ever had in Prague.
Avoid this place, stay rather hungry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the end it was a pleasant surprise. The owner really cares about their customers and will do what needs to be done to set things straight. After the experience described below I was contacted by the owner and was invited to try their ribs from another location which were delicious and they even found a way to have them delivered to my hotel. This is unheard of especially in Czech Republic where the quality of service is usually abysmal. I am leaving the original review below, but rest assured that if you're not satisfied your complaint will be addressed.

Unpleasant surprise, I have definitely expected more from a restaurant with ribs in their name.
Not really sure what happened there, was it rushed or not fully done? Usually when I order ribs the meat falls off the ribs themselves, the fat is soft and it melts in your mouth, here I struggled to cut out the meat and could hardly chew it.
I called and asked if this was just me being unlucky, different cook, bad batch, but was assured that it's the same cook as always and nothing else out of ordinary. I hoped to talk to the manager but was told that she's not there and wont be till noon tomorrow and that they can't do anything for me now.
So I am in about 600CZK and still without dinner. I have had ribs 6x in the past 14 days around Prague and west Bohemia and loved them every single time except here and as a slap in the face they call themselves Ribs and Beer.
Avoid.
