★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěli jsme s dcerou nakoupit v tomto obchodě. Když jsme dorazily, byla stažena roleta s cedulkou, že obsluha přijde za chvilku(ani nebyl uveden žádný čas). Čekali jsme přes 20 minut, přišla paní(slečna) ještě s několika kamarády. Roletu vytáhla tak na půl. A když jsme se dotázaly, zda bude otevírat, řekla, že za chvíli a roletu zase zatáhla. V prodejně si byla pouze pro cigarety, a pak šla zase se svou partičkou kamarádů si do parkingu zakouřit.
Sice nevím, jak moc zákazníků prodejna má, ale tímto způsobem jednání určitě nepřibudou.
My daughter and I wanted to buy in this shop. When we arrived, the blind with the sign that the attendant would arrive in a moment (no time given) was pulled down. We waited over 20 minutes, the lady came with some friends. She pulled the blind halfway. And when we asked if she would open it, she said she pulled the shutter back in a moment. In the store you were only for cigarettes, and then went back with her group of friends to smoke in the parking.
Although I do not know how many customers the store, but in this way negotiations will not add.
