A protože v době, kdy tyto autentické italské receptury vznikaly, se vše vařilo od základu a nepoužívaly se žádné náhražky a polotovary, také my se držíme této zásady, a vše co si u nás dáte, je vařeno poctivě od základu.

Risorante Longiano is a cozy Italian restaurant with home environment, which is inspired by authentic Italian cuisine, where the quality and freshness of the ingredients is the main focus and where the goog old saying  „customer comes first" is becoming the reality and the same time our philosophy. The aim of our kitchen team is to offer to you, our customers, an honest Italian home gastronomy, which is simple and rustis with bold flavors and comes from authentic Italian recipes. And because at the time, when these recipes were established, everything was cooked from scratch with use of no substitutions, also we keep those principles and everything you can order in our establishment, is cooked honestly and from scratch.

But our aim for quality and authenticity doesn´t end in the kitchen. Also our service team aims for home atmosphere and friendly and competent service, which is integral part of your positive experience at Ristorante Longiano.
