About Ristorante Pizzeria Da Ezio
EZIO ELIA se narodil v jihoitalské Kalábrii. Vyrůstal ve velké rodině, kde se z generace na generaci dědily tradiční receptury regionálních jídel. Už v dětském věku se rozhodl pro kariéru profesionálního kuchaře. Jako kuchař a posléze šéfkuchař sbíral zkušenosti v restauracích po celé Itálii.
Na začátku devadesátých let Ezio navštívil Českou republiku a oblíbil si ji. Našel si tu budoucí manželku a roku 1994 v Praze otevřel pizzerii Rugantino, která brzy získala věhlas coby restaurace, kde se připravuje pizza, těstoviny a vůbec celá středomořská kuchyně podle originálních receptur a z originálních surovin.
V té době se Ezio stal vyhledávaným hostem televizních kuchařských show, kde diváky zasvěcoval do tajů italské kuchyně.
V roce 2013 otevřel v Nebušicích podnik "Ristorante pizzeria Da Ezio", který si brzy vydobyl renomé a sjíždeli se do něj čeští i zahraniční hosté. O osm let později restauraci přestěhoval do větších a útulnějších prostor v malebném a domáckém prostředí Přední Kopaniny, která je součástí Prahy 6, ale zároveň má rustikální atmosféru, která Eziovi připomíná jeho rodnou Kalábrii.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how we managed to find this place but I am glad we did. The food was wonderful and the service was friendly. This place is so much more than a pizzeria. I had a side salad, the carbonara, and a tiramisu and everything was on point.!

Good space inside and outside...new location has even more nice outdoor space...you should be able to see airplanes on Vaclav Havel International Airport approach/departure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely italian joint close to the airport. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Service was very fast. Wood baked pizza and very fresh ingredients. Fish ws also used fresh. The staff is alwas smiling and friendly. I recommend this place enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our dinner at this restaurant. It is just 2km from Airport and the POP outlet mall. The restaurant is in a village and it is a very traditional Italian restaurant. The restaurant had ample space inside as well as outside. As it was easter monday there wasn't much crowd. The server was really Helpfull in explaining everything. We ordered both Pizzas and Pastas and it was really very Delicious. The prices were reasonable and to that price the quality and taste of the food was great. They cappuccino was really excellent.
The staffs were very friendly and the service was really very fast. They had the traditional stone oven.
