D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD TWICE TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR ECONOMIC TROUBLES, SOMETIMES EVEN MONTHS AFTER YOU STAYED THERE. Clients requesting either compensation or rebooking of hotel stays receive threatening calls from the owner or management! . The bad reviews from Peter bellow and others describe exactly our experience.
C	Chirag Sagare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay in Prague. Very convenient as it has many eateries, cafes and shops nearby. It is also not far from the main city and has a tram station nearby. The view of Prague city, Castle and the Vltava river is amazing if you get a pent house facing that side.
K	Kathy Banach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when booking this place- while the location is great and the apartment is spacious and tidy enough, the place is run by cheaters and thieves. We were charged twice for the apartment, and despite having bank statements to prove that we had already paid, Riverside Spirit refuses to accept this and is now not answering emails or phone calls. A number on Tripadvisor have reported the same situation, and it has now been turned over to the police. Don't stay here if you want to remember Prague as the beautiful city it is.

S	Sterre Alberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was big, and we had no big problems during our stay. The checking in, however, was kind of chaotic. Our room wasn't ready in time and it was just kind of messy overall. Once we got into our room, there still were stains in the bedsheets, but as there were more than enough beds, we just moved to another one. The apartment was also a bit noisy, we could clearly hear the people walking in the apartment on the next floor. Our stay was fine, but we only spent time in the apartment to get ready for the day, and to get ready for the night. I wouldn't recommend if you're planning on staying in the hotel a long time during the day, instead of exploring Prague.

It was less than two blocks from the metro, and about a 25 minute walk to several places in the old town. I've seen reviews that weren't so good, and did not find them accurate. In particular, the staff wasn't particularly rude... I think it was more challenging English, and Czech wait staff isn't known for friendliness. Anyway, I really liked it.

The first floor garbage room was wide open everyday which made the entryway smell terrible. We were also charged for breakfast after receiving an email confirmation that we would not be charged for breakfast. Overall it was a good stay but many details were amiss.
L	Leif Sverre Thorensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely enjoined our stay in Riverside spirit. It was very nice to receive the room before 12 noon after exhausting night flight. The apartment is HUGE and was very clean. We stayed in room #8. Jon from the reception is the sweetest person in the world! Great location, delicious breakfast in the restaurant located in the same building. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great solution if you travel with little kids. Definitely will stay again. With love from Israel!
