★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usilovně se snažím rozšířit informaci, že ceny v realitkách jsou v průměru o 25 % vyšší, než za kolik se byty skutečně prodávají - dle skutečných informací z katastru nemovitostí. Že realiťáci jsou povětšinou morální lůzou, co se s úsměvem na tváři snaží kupujícího obrat o milion. Ale k "člověku", který se podepíše pod nabídku bytu 3+1 v paneláku v Brně za 8,3 milionu kč, jehož tržní cena je 4,5 - 5 milionů - ostatně ve stejném domě se letos prodal stejný byt za 4,3 milionu, a ve vedlejším domě vloni stejný byt za 4,9 milionu - k tomu nemám slušné slovo! Že vás hanba nefackuje, sprosťáci!

That realtors are mostly a moral mob, which with a smile on its face tries to turn the buyer by a million. But to the "man" who will sign the offer of a 3 + 1 apartment in a block of flats in Brno for CZK 8.3 million, whose market price is 4.5 - 5 million - after all, the same apartment was sold for 4.3 million million, and in the next house last year the same apartment for 4.9 million - I do not have a decent word for that! That shame doesn't bother you, you bastards!
