I do not recommend buyers without experience, as it was with us, for me never again. In the beginning, promises you, as they say, mountains mines ... nothing is a problem. At first, they require less than 10% of the purchase price. Finally we got below 5%. Which, as I was told elsewhere, is not common, but in RK Stejskal it may be different. Here we have not experienced any complications and we signed the rust and pay. After signing the reservation comes the first complication, the construction company needs to draw a mortgage before acceptance. Nobody knew this a month earlier - you as a client will pay for it. You need to have an addendum plus interest on the amount drawn - expenses you do not expect to buy. With the amendment you have made, you are addressing the promised compensation you want in writing. At this point, you are told that no compensation will be negotiated with you. You go on with the fact that some complication must have come. RK broker will confirm the final building approval at the end of June max. July - do not leave the relocation for 2 months as a reserve and do not terminate the lease before it is audited. Then you live with relatives and acquaintances. At the construction site you will immediately find out that everything is delayed because of you, because you are not able to choose floors and bathrooms. However, you have already selected and handed over several months before this information. If you have little trouble at the moment, it's not all. After signing the contract on the future contract RK with great glory will inform you that the construction company has finished cooperation and buying a house or apartment you have to deal with yourself. After moving in, you will find a lot of other things that you either forgot to ask or the realtor did not tell you, from landscaping on the adjacent property, because all the water from the neighborhood flows down to the house or the energy in the house. Today's own electricity meter is not a matter of course, nor does Eon understand it. Rely on having reasonable neighbors and somehow putting it together. Future clients RK Stejskal wish you more luck, strong nerves and someone experienced to help and advise you.

I was with two brokers from Stejskal on a tour of the property and I rate everything very positively. I was maximally informed about the property, the communication was very pleasant, I had a very good feeling from the brokers that they were my friends and they really wanted to help me find my new home, they also radiated enthusiasm for their work. Thanks to RK Stejskal, we sold the property by CZK 600,000 more than our attempt at a self-sale when a local person showed interest in buying our property. Perfect photos, perfect presentation (beautiful homestaging) - sold out in a week !! I definitely recommend.
