V našem případě majitel bytu Miloš Šilhan (Pyros s.r.o) potřeboval několik měsíců a upomínek, aby dodal slíbené vybavení bytu, a po ukončení smlouvy (přesně před rokem) dosud nevrátil vyúčtování zálohy, ačkoli k zadržení celé zálohy není důvod.
