★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zásadně tento servis nedoporučuji. Diagnostika motoru přes PC zabrala dva dny. Na druhé objednání ani po třech dnech nezačali auto opravovat (výměna rozvodů). Komunikace nulová, samotný servis se sám vůbec neozve, že se něco protahuje, dovolat se je problém.
Pokud máte neomezený čas na opravu auto, pak asi OK...
 In principle, I do not recommend this service. Engine diagnostics via PC took two days. On the second order, even after three days they did not start repairing the car (replacing the wiring). Zero communication, the service itself does not say at all that something is stretching, there is a problem.
If you have unlimited time to repair your car, then probably OK ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu tento servis doporučit. Otec zde nechal v rámci pojistky odtáhnout auto, které poškodila myčka kde vám komplet vyčistí auto. Bohužel však v této myčce nikdo auto nevysušil a tak auto bylo druhý den nepojízdne. Odešla komplet elektronika palubní desky. Servis RM ALT nechtel vystavit potvrzení o poškození myčkou a tvrdil, že to tímto nebylo. Pri tom zcela evidentne to bylo duvodem poškození. Komunikace servisu byla také velmi špatná, nikdo dopředu nekonzultoval cenu opravy i přes výslovnou žádost. Takto si profesionální služby nepředstavuji.
I cannot recommend this service. My father left a car in the fuse box, which was damaged by the dishwasher, where the car cleans you. Unfortunately, however, no one has dried the car in this dishwasher, so the car was not moving the next day. The dashboard electronics went off. RM ALT service did not want to issue a confirmation of damage to the dishwasher and claimed that this was not the case. It was obviously the cause of the damage. Service communication was also very poor, no one had consulted the price of the repair in advance despite the express request. I do not imagine professional services in this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní oprava a vyřešení problému za přijatelnou cenu. Perfektní přístup zaměstnanců, ochotně vysvětlili zdroj závady. Delší čekací doba, ale za mě se čekání vyplatilo, můžu jen doporučit.
Quality repair and problem solving at an affordable price. Perfect approach of employees, willingly explained the source of the defect. Longer waiting time, but the wait paid off for me, I can only recommend.

Very negative. Lax approach, as if "work doesn't suit them". Repeated repairs made poor quality, wrong. I do not recommend.
