★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uplna katastrofa, pani za pultrm arogantna bez snahy, byl jsem objednan na vymenu oleje na danej datum,cas. Prijedem(2autama se zenou a 4mesicnym ditetem) reknu ji ze jsem objednan na vymenu oleje a pani rika ze ma v jeji zesitku nema, ze musim se objednat, rikam ze sem se objednaval vtedy a vtedy, ze muzu vam ukazat kdy sem s vami mluvil, no pani si sla stale sve ze nic.s tim.neudela ze musim se objednat, tak vzal jsem si technicak a sel spatky k placucimu diteti a k mamince co ho este v aute musela nakrmit kedze sme cekali co pani vyresi(nakonec nic, jen zneprijemneni celeho dne, byli sme objednani na 7:30) a spatky domu 15km, cize 2 auta, 15km+15km spatky uplne zbytecne...skoda no, myslim ze autorizovanej servis by si taketo veci mel podchytit a zamestnat cloveka kt. by vedel problemi resit, pomoct, mit prehled a ne ignoranta bez zaujmu, skoda :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento značkový servis je nejhorší ve kterém jsem auto servisisol. Co se týče délky servisu a přístupu katastrofa. Tímto přístupem nechápu jak můžou fungovat. V každém případě na autě skončila servisní záruka a další opravy budou v soukromém servisu
