Dann die Ernüchterung mit anschließendem Schock. An der Rezeption eine arrogante Pute die scheinbar nur „und“ oder „Ja“ sagen kann. Dann aber hat sie doch noch etwas im Satz gesagt, nämlich, dass ich auf die Teile 12 Monate warten müsse. Mir ist vollkommen klar, dass es in dieser Branche zu Wartezeiten kommt, aber erst am Telefon so tun als würde alles in einem normalen zeitlichen Rahmen erledigt werden und dann dieses arrogante Auftreten, da setzt es bei mir aus. Mich sehen die nie wieder und ich würde mir an jedem anderen seiner Stelle jeglichen Kontakt mit diesem Unternehmen sparen, denn hier gilt: „wer freundlich kommt wird verärgert wieder gehen“ ... Meist per E-Mail die zuverlässig beantwortet wurden. Die Qualität der Verchromung ist hervorragend, auch die Verpackung für den Versand der Teile war sehr gut. Es wurde wirklich nichts Beschädigt und sie kam gut bei mir an. Natürlich habe ich fast 8 Monate auf die Teile gewartet aber das war Nicht so tragisch. I had a bumper for a vintage car chrome plated. Really nothing was damaged and it went down well with me. Of course I waited almost 8 months for the parts but that wasn't so tragic.

Ich habe dann tatsächlich telefonisch jemanden erreicht und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferzeit von EINEM JAHR tatsächlich stimme, da man so viele Aufträge hätte etc. Den Preis wollte ich dann gar nicht mehr wissen. After two weeks of writing emails and countless unanswered calls, I was informed that the chrome plating of a bumper had a delivery time of 10-12 months and that I would get a price within a week. I then actually reached someone by phone and was told that the delivery time of ONE YEAR was actually correct because there were so many orders, etc. I didn't want to know the price anymore.

Jediné, co mě mrzí, byla doba realizace. Půl roku jsem byl na "čekací listině" a druhý půl rok se realizovala zakázka. Pokud vám nevadí delší doba čekání, tak vřele doporučuji.
