★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velká nespokojenost. Hlavně je velký problém ve fakturách. Např. na vystavení jednoho vyúčtování (faktury) jsme čekali 11 měsíců :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragická firma. Nejsou schopni pochopit že je potřeba zrušit smlouvu po zemřelém zákazníkovi aby mohlo dojít k dědickému řízení. Několikaměsíční záležitost a plno nervů. Vřele nedoporučuji a pozor na šmejdy z elektronických aukcí elektřiny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agresivni marketing, napojeni na aukce energii do kterych jsou lide vtazeni zpusobem na hrane zakona. Vycouvat ze smlouvy neni jednoduche. Doporucuji opatrnost a to predevsim starsim lidem, kteri mohou byt osloveni skrze zprostredkovatele aukci na vyber dodavatele !!! podomnim "prodejem" ktery se vydava za vaseho dodavatele.
Aggressive marketing, connected to energy auctions in which people are drawn in a way on the edge of law. Withdrawing from the contract is not easy. I recommend caution, especially to older people who can be contacted through auction intermediaries to choose a supplier !!! doorstep "sale" which is issued for your supplier.
