★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Týden od objednání se dostavil technik. Poptával jsem kalkulaci na instalaci nového plynového kotle do domu. Technik byl sice milý a po zmapování situace v domě slíbil, že do druhého dne maximálně do dvou dnů zašle několik variant kalkulaci různých kotlů. Bohužel vřelý přístup k zakázce skončil odchodem technika z domu. Od té chvíle marně čekám na nějakou reakci firmy. Po týdnu jsem je urgoval telefonicky a slečna mi sdělila že o tom nic neví ale zjistí to. Bohužel zase nic. Po druhém týdnu zase urgence. Slečna o tom zase nic nevěděla! Naprostá neochota ke komunikaci. Do dnes se mi nikdo neozval třeba i s vymluvou, že toho mají moc. Evidentně pro zoufalce z této firmy je zakázka cca za 60000. - Kč nezajímavá. Být majitelem této firmy všechny bych je vyhazel na dlažbu. Naštěstí pro nás klienty, v Říčanech je několik konkurenčních firem které jsou opravdu profesionální a zakázky řeší ihned. Gastermu se vyhněte obloukem!
 A technician appeared a week after ordering. I asked for a new gas boiler installation in the house. Although the technician was nice and after mapping the situation in the house, he promised to send several variants of the calculation of different boilers by the next day within a maximum of two days. Unfortunately, the warm approach to the job ended with the technician leaving the house. Since then I have been waiting in vain for some reaction from the company. After a week I urged them by phone and the lady told me that she knows nothing about it but she finds out. Unfortunately nothing again. After the second week of urgency again. Miss knew nothing about it again! Total reluctance to communicate. Until today, no one has contacted me even with an excuse that they have too much. Obviously for the desperate of this company, the order for about 60000. - CZK uninteresting. To be the owner of this company all I would throw them on the tiles. Fortunately for us clients, in Říčany there are several competing companies that are really professional and solve orders immediately. Avoid Gasterm with an arch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám úplně stejnou zkušenost jako pán předemnou, jako přes kopírák,,,,,,já to ještě řešil dále, a jako majitel firmy, jsem chtěl dát info přímo majiteli Gastermu, aby věděl jak přichází o kšeft, moje zakázky byla cca 80-100tis, evidentně nestojí o práci, slečna na lince my sdělila, že zaurguje,,,,,,,,,,ale zcela bez odezvy. Zoufalý přístup,,,,,,divím, se, že to radši nezavřou,,,,,,,
