I haven’t encountered an English speaking assistant yet, but that doesn’t really matter to me because I pretty much find everything myself!
Their bio food section is worth a look, lots of good German brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my wife and child to buy a few items. The security guard asked us to wear a mask, so I politely smiled and did not put a mask on. The security guard then followed us throughout the store at a distance to make us feel uncomfortable. I felt so sorry for him because I would stare back at him like he stared at me. He felt so powerless. Doesn't he know that he does not work for the corrupt health minister, lol. He waited by the register to watch us pay for the items and then ran off like a little boy who had his toy taken away from him.
