★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní prodavačka, pouze vynadala a než jsem se stihla otočit a zeptat o radu, byla pryč. S tímto jsem se naštěstí jinde nesetkala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto báječné prodavačky, vždy milé, příjemné a usměvavé, člověk s nimi vždy má chuť prohodit pár slov navíc, poradit také umí a oproti některým pobočkám je zde opravdu široký výběr a prodejna je velká. Nikdy se mi nestalo, že bych nesehnala to, pro co jsem přišla. A slevové kupónky také přijdou k užitku. Nemám co vytknout. Celá prodejna na mě působí čistým a uspořádaným dojmem.
Absolutely wonderful saleswoman, always nice, pleasant and smiling, you always want to swap a few words with them, can also advise and compared to some branches there is a really wide selection and the store is large. I never happened to get what I came for. And discount coupons also come to the benefit. I have nothing to reproach. The whole store makes me feel clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda jsem v Rossmannu nakupovala, ale poslední dobou hrozné. Potřebovala jsem si dceru na záchodě přebalit v kočáru a paní vadilo, že jsem hodila plenu do koše, kterou jsem následně musela z koše vyndat a vyhodit venku. Ale to, že záchod byl v hrozném stavu už nikdo neřeší. V krámu jsou příjemné pouze 2 paní, které jsou tam už delší dobu.
I enjoyed shopping at Rossmann, but it's been terrible lately. I needed to repack my daughter in the carriage in the toilet, and the lady was upset that I threw the diaper in the trash, which I then had to take out of the trash and throw out. But the fact that the toilet was in a terrible state is no longer addressed. There are only 2 ladies in the shop, who have been there for a long time.
