Rotunda je goticky upravená ve 2.polovině 14.století a kolem ní je zrušený hřbitov se zajímavými náhrobky. Do objektu lze vejít renesanční zvonicí ze 16.století. Romanesque rotunda of St. Kateřiny is one of the dominants of Česká Třebová, she stands above the town and attracts with her white beauty from afar. The rotunda is Gothic in the second half of the 14th century and around it is a ruined cemetery with interesting tombstones. The building can be entered through a Renaissance bell tower from the 16th century.

A mají i pověst: pod rotundou prý začíná tajná chodba, na jejímž konci je uložen zlatý zvon... Rotunda je památkově chráněná. Obviously, the locals have always respected this beautiful rotunda.
