M	Michal Schlogl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velice zklamán. Neprofesionální přístup k zákazníkovi. Už podruhé jsem se objednal k určitému kadeřníkovi a po jeho slibu, že mě ostříhá, tak v práci nebyl. Slečna nebo paní, která tam byla mě sice ostříhala, ale je to katastrofa a hlavně chtít za tuto práci 560Kč je ostuda. Víckrát už tento barber nenavštívím!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm very disappointed. Non-professional approach to the customer. I ordered a hairdresser for the second time, and after his promise to cut me, he was not at work. The lady who was there cut my hair, but it is a disaster and it is a shame to want CZK 560 for this work. I will not visit this barber again !!!!!!!!!!!!

Čekal jsem že mi to bude spíš vadit, a vůbec se mi tam nechtělo, ale musel jsem využít voucher který mi manželka koupila. Když si mě vzal barber Petr Malý na křeslo , tak jsem hodně rychle změnil názor. Stříhalo se, holilo, opalovali se chloupky v uších, trhali se chloupky v nose, dostal jsem masku, masáž. Bylo to opravdu skvělé. Už se těším na příští návštěvu. It was my first visit to such a business. I expected it to bother me, and I didn't want to go there at all, but I had to use the voucher my wife bought me. When Barber Petr Malý took me to the chair, I changed my mind very quickly. It was cut, shaved, the hairs in my ears were sunbathed, the hairs in my nose were torn, I got a mask, a massage. It was really great. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.
N	Nikol Peštálová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemná obsluha. Byla jsem objednaná po telefonu a když jsem přijela na místo, tak mi velice nepříjemná slečna oznámila, že mi syna neostříhá, že je moc malý. Přitom ho předtím stříhali několikrát... nakonec ho teda ostříhala, ale slečna na něho byla hrubá a syn měl účes tak strašný, že jsme museli jít pak jinam na předělání...za ty peníze hrůůůza a už nikdy víc! Unpleasant service. I was ordered by phone and when I arrived at the place, a very unpleasant young lady told me that she did not cut my son, that he was too small. At the same time, they had cut him several times before ... so in the end she cut him, but the young lady was rude to him and his son had such a terrible hairstyle that we had to go somewhere else to remake ... horror for the money and never again!

Musím předem férově přiznat, že vlastní vinou jsem přišel poslední den platnosti voucheru. Oficína prázdná 2 křesla 2 kadeřnice 0 zákazníků. Voucher na klasický střih (20-30 min?) Ostříhat mě nemohou, nejsem objednán, mají plno... Na další dny objednat už s voucherem nemohou, platnost poukazu prodloužit nelze, domluva a vstřícnost nula. Za 30 minut jsem odcházel z City Parku Barber shop nadále prázdný.... U mě nikdy více, ani zadarmo. Obrovské zklamání z nepřátelského přístupu k potenciálnímu trvalému zákazníkovi. Nedoporučuji nikomu. So this was not a Royal experience or approach. Absolute hostility and reluctance. I must fairly admit that I came through the fault of the voucher due to my own fault. Office empty 2 chairs 2 hairdressers 0 customers. Voucher for a classic cut (20-30 min?) They can't cut my hair, I'm not ordered, they're full ... They can't order with a voucher for the next few days, the validity of the voucher can't be extended, agreement and helpfulness are zero. In 30 minutes I was leaving the City Park Barber shop still empty .... With me never again, not even for free. Huge disappointment with the hostile approach to a potential regular customer. I do not recommend to anyone.
