Reklamace vyřízena s prohlášením, že u nich kazety fungují .a po zaplacení proforma faktury za zpětnou dopravu Vám je zašlou zpět. Avoid this business by arc. Supplied toner cartridges 2/2 not working. Third-party cartridges are no problem. Complaints are processed with a statement that the cartridges work on them and, after paying the proforma invoice for return shipping, will send them back to you.

Dodají nekvalitní zboží (2/2 tonerové kazety), následně odmítnou zaplatit přepravu k (uznané) reklamaci s odvoláním na to, že zákazník není spotřebitel (jako kdyby prodejem šmejdu nezpůsobili škodu). Po navrácení zboží z reklamace se okamžitě projevila jiná vada, opětovně již nereklamujeme, protože se to vzhledem k ceně nevyplatí. Vyhozené peníze a čas. Naprosto neseriózní, nakupte jinde. Avoid the arch! They deliver low-quality goods (2/2 toner cartridges), then refuse to pay for the transport for a (recognized) complaint, arguing that the customer is not a consumer (as if they did not cause damage by selling the scrap). After returning the goods from the complaint, another defect immediately appeared, we do not complain again, because it does not pay off due to the price. Wasted money and time. Absolutely frivolous, shop elsewhere.

Reklamaci na nefunkční neoriginální inkoustovou kazetu vyřizují stylem, že u nich to fungovalo dobře, že je chyba určitě na naší straně a že reklamaci neuznají. A pošlou vám ještě další fakturu na poštovné 78,-Kč, kterou máte zaplatit, jinak vám ten šunt už zpátky nevrátí. Argumenty, že nám tam jiné orig.kazety fungují a že je naše tiskárna jen pár týdnů stará, je nezajímají. Vše budeme řešit s Českou obchodní inspekcí. Avoid this company. Complaints about a non-functional non-original ink cartridge are handled in the style that it worked well for them, that the error is definitely on our side and that they will not accept the complaint. And they will send you another invoice for postage 78 CZK, which you have to pay, otherwise the shunt will not return it to you. They are not interested in the arguments that other original cartridges work there and that our printer is only a few weeks old. We will solve everything with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
U	UNT - František Prachař on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POZOR na tuto firmu, v roce 2019 se nějak změnilo asi myšlení firmy. Veškeré reklamace, kterých exponenciálně přibývá , jsou vráceny jako neuznané. Po znovu použití vráceného toneru se kompletně vysype do tiskárny a nemáte žádné odvolání. Než kdokoliv objednáte, zkuste nejdříve kontaktovat kohokoliv jiného než paní, Trhovskou, co Vám položí telefon. Ing. František Prachař UNT.cz Attention to this company, in 2019 somehow changed the thinking of the company. All claims exponentially increasing are returned as unrecognized. After reused toner is completely spilled into the printer and you have no recall. Before you place an order, try to contact anyone other than Mrs. Trhovská, who will place your phone. Ing. J	Jan “Godlike” Řezníček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolega si zde objednal 2ks zboží a když jej chtěl vrátit naúčtovaly mu 190 kč 2x za oba kusy prý za desinfekci a vrácení zboží do původního stavu. Neseriózní jednání a neochota daný problém řešit. Nedoporučuji tuto firmu. A colleague ordered 2 pieces of goods here and when he wanted to return it, they charged him 190 CZK twice for both pieces, allegedly for disinfection and returning the goods to their original condition. Unserious actions and unwillingness to solve the problem. I do not recommend this company.
O	Ondřej Pelouch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyby náhodou někdo chtěl u této firmy koupit "SUPERB" tonery, tak zhruba takto vypadá toner a papíry z tiskárny po vytištění několika desítek stránek. Se zdvořilou žádostí o výměnu prokazatelně vadného zboží jsem byl odkázán na reklamační řád na webu. Takže poštovné za zaslání vadného toneru a pak podle ostatních recenzí pravděpodobné handrkování a případně další poštovné za neoprávněnou reklamaci. Děkuji, ale raději rovnou koupím jinde... If by chance someone wanted to buy "SUPERB" toners from this company, this is roughly what toner and papers from the printer look like after printing a few dozen pages. With a polite request for the exchange of demonstrably defective goods, I was referred to the complaint procedure on the website. So postage for sending defective toner and then, according to other reviews, probable haggling and possibly additional postage for an unjustified complaint. Thank you, but I'd rather buy straight elsewhere ...

Tovar nefunčný, reklamácie neuznávajú. The worst company I have ever had experience with in my entire life. The level of arrogance of the owner / manager who communicates with customers is incredible. Goods do not work, complaints do not accept.
