Rozhledna je během turistické sezóny volně přístupná. Auto je nutno zaparkovat v Bernarticích před hospodou, protože k rozhledně nelze kvůli zákazu vjezdu autem dojet. Z vyhlídkového ochozu je krásný výhled na Dyleň, Mariánské Lázně, Přimdu, Velký Zvon, Slavkovský les nebo Šumavu. The lookout tower Březinka was built in 2002. It is 48.5 meters high and the viewing platform is 33.5 meters high. 178 steps lead to the top. The tower is freely accessible during the tourist season. The car must be parked in Bernartice in front of the pub, because the tower cannot be reached by car. From the observation deck there is a beautiful view of Dyleň, Mariánské Lázně, Přimda, Velký Zvon, Slavkovský les or Šumava.
