Nice place in the middle of Czech Republic. Close to Prague and Karlove Vare. There is a few modern rooms. I recommend ??

Very disqusting and apathetic behavior this place has. I would avoid this place and find some other with respectful manners.

Positive: Breakfast is OK. Staff helpful and communicative. Help on transfer from and to airport very appreciated.. Negative: The only issue is that the apartments are relocated from reception, but that was our choice..

Negative: No slatted frame in bed, very soft and dirty mattress (check picture), no curtains (people from opposite house can look directly into the room, street lights exposed into the room), broken washstand (check picture), drainage of shower not working and hose untight (shower tray would spill shortly), no power point except one in the bathroom, freezer and water kettle only decorated the room, they had no power point available... Noise from ignorant people in the lobby, and you have to pick up keys 1km away and return it there in the morning again as well... Also the optional breakfast would have been served at the key pick up station. I cannot recommend this accommodation at all..

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist. Room was clean.. Negative: The room was small and not really an 'apartment'. There was a kitchen downstairs; however it was left messy by other residents.. The other residents had a very noisy party beneath our window, continuing into the early hours of the morning.

I have never been to a worse accommodation in my life - and I have been some places. You have to pick up keys at another hotel 10min walk from the apartment. In the morning you have to bring the keys back to the hotel (I had to wait 10min until the opened when I wanted to return them!) The bed had no slatted frame and a very soft mattress. The lavatory flagging is broken. The shower was not tight and the drainage was not working - if you try to take a shower, the shower tray will spill. People in the entrance area a visitor described in her feedback were also loud and ignorant when I was there. The window facing to a street had no curtain, so you either cannot protect yourself from the views coming from the opposite house, nor can you hide from the exposure of the street light - what a great idea! There was no power for recharging the mobile phone or other equipment either, except one in the bathroom. All other electronics in the room were switched off, due to no power. Considering the hotel is somewhere in the nowhere and the rooms by far not standard, the price of 47€ for a single room is - courageous? I can recommend it only to people I really don't like. All others should look elsewhere! Thanks, but never ever again in this life!I
