★ ★ ★ ★ ★ moc se nestaraji. když odejdou nějací nájemníci a nechají ve sklepě do metrové výšky bordel, tak to tam pak zůstává léta anebo uklid rozpocitaji na partaje, místo, aby poslali fakturu za úklid poslednímu nájemci toho sklepa ?
