H	Honza Hykel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehorázná cena za nastavení nových kanálů na STA. Technik dělal, že něco proměřuje, přitom pouze na filtru přidal nový kanál. Za půl hodiny práce 4.200,- Kč. Když jsem upozornil na nepřiměřenou cenu, bylo mi řečeno, že v tom jsou zahrnuté náklady na drahé školení pro nastavení DVB-T2. Jak jsem zjistil, ČRA školení odborným firmám prováděla zdarma. Argumentace, že v našem domě ke spokojenosti STA servisují už několik let je hezká, ale už když před pár lety nahrazovali filtr STA za cenu o desítky procent dražší než je její maloobchodní cena, řekl jsem si, že si cenu služeb této firmy pohlídám. Navíc filtr zakódovali, aby nikdo jiný nemohl nastavení provádět. Po poslední zkušenosti jsem firmu donutil přístroj odkódovat a s firmou jsem se rozloučil. Při lednovém vypínání přechodových sítí jsem nové kanály ve filtru přidal sám během 5 minut. Outrageous price for setting up new channels on STA. The argument that they have been servicing STA to our satisfaction for several years is nice, but when they replaced the STA filter at a price that was tens of percent more expensive than its retail price a few years ago, I thought I'd keep an eye on the price. In addition, they encoded the filter so that no one else could make the settings. After my last experience, I forced the company to decode the device and said goodbye to the company. When I switched off the transition networks in January, I added new channels in the filter myself within 5 minutes.

Shíbal mi oznámil, že je nejprve nutné provést měření signálu, které proběhlo 22.7. (práce cca 15 min., zaplaceno 890,- Kč) s tím, že cenovou nabídku dodá do 2 dnů. Po několika týdenní nečinnosti jsme pána znovu kontaktovali a bylo nám sděleno, že se nabídka někde „zatoulala“. Byla nám zaslána emailem až 19. 8. na celkovou částku 30.935,- Kč. Byl jsem velmi nemile překvapen příliš vysokou cenou a tak jsem zkusil kontaktovat jinou firmu. Ta mi vše včetně měření i montáže provedla kvalitně a profesionálně během jednoho dne za celkovou cenu 7110,- Kč. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Mr. Shibal's services.
