Když jsem přišel, tak mi bylo řečeno, že akorát odjel, tak jsme se telefonicky domluvili na další den (pán tvrdil, že stavit se o víkendu není vůbec problém). Projistotu jsem druhý den volal, zda mohu opravdu přijít. Nikdo telefon nebral a na SMS mi doteď nikdo neodpověděl (4 dny). Nedoporučuji! When I arrived, I was told that he had just left, so we agreed on the next day by phone (the gentleman said that stopping at the weekend was not a problem at all). I made sure the next day if I could really come. No one answered the phone and no one has answered my SMS so far (4 days). I do not recommend!
T	Tomáš Zídek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nespolehlivý dodavatel, zakázku chce zaplatit dopředu a výsledek byl otřesný, reklamoval jsem a po několika urgencích mailem i telefonicky ( telefon téměř nezvedá mj.) mi sdělil, že se mu rozbil stroj a musí zakázku vyrobit někde jinde, desetkrát posouval termín, ve finále vše trvalo přes měsíc a výsledek opět na reklamaci. Důrazně doporučuji tohoto dodavatele neoslovovat ani s poptávkou! Absolutely unreliable supplier, he wants to pay for the order in advance and the result was appalling, I complained and after a few urgencies by e-mail and telephone (the phone hardly picks up, among others) he told me that his machine broke and he had to make the order somewhere else everything took over a month and the result again on the complaint. I strongly recommend not to contact this supplier even with a request!

Výroba desek, kdy hned po výrobě pan Blahák uháněl k zaplacení faktury, což jsme také učinili…ale desky jsme reklamovali. K reklamaci se ze začátku stavěl dobře, ale pak už nastaly jen problémy! Reklamace se táhla dva měsíce. Furt nějaké výmluvy, že něco nemá, není a bude zítra… Termín dodáni mi sliboval tři týdny a ani jeden nedodržel. Musela proběhnout i návštěva tiskárny, jelikož pan Blahák nereagoval na emaily, smsky a ani nebral telefony! Pro desky jsme si nakonec museli dojet a sami si je ještě dolepit, protože by to určitě nebylo dodnes… Pokud se chcete stresovat, být naštvaný, zoufalý a nedovolat se na číslo, které za den 30x vytočíte, tak je tato tiskárna jasná volba. Za mě je i jedna hvězda moc. And I have a lot of bad experiences with this supplier! He was good at the complaint at first, but then only problems arose! The complaint lasted two months. Furt of some excuse that he has nothing, is not and will be tomorrow… The delivery date promised me three weeks and none of them kept. A visit to the printer also had to take place, as Mr. Blahák did not respond to emails, text messages or pick up the phones! In the end, we had to drive for the records and stick them on ourselves, because it certainly wouldn't be today… If you want to be stressed, angry, desperate and not call the number you dial 30 times a day, this printer is a clear choice. Even a star is too much for me.
