Arch. kancelář před čtyřmi lety za podivných okolností protlačila 56 m vysokou 16-podlažní stavbu Rezidence Lužánky na nároží ulic Lidická a Burešova a která je nyní do úmoru všemi developery v Brně omílána jako precedent.
 Thanks to this office, buildings are being built around Lužánky that are too high according to the zoning plan. Sheet. four years ago, the office pushed through a 56-meter 16-storey building of the Lužánky Residence on strange corners of Lidická and Burešova streets under strange circumstances, which is now being torn by all developers in Brno as a precedent.
