★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8.1.2021. 25 dilnou soupravu jsem objendal a zaplatil. Zbozi bylo na sklade a dodani bylo do 5ti pracovnich dni.
18.1.2021 jsem poslal email s dotazem kdy bude zasilka dorucena.
20.1.2021 mi bylo odpovezno pouze toto: "Dobrý den, Vaši objednávku budeme tento pátek odesílat. Děkuji a přeji hezký den. Eva Sokolová, Vedoucí obchodních referentů". Ze by se nekdo omluvil za zpozdeni a vysvetlil proc se tak stalo je zrejme nad jejich sily.
25.1.2021 (pondeli) status porad pise 'zpracovava se', zadny email ze by zasilka byla odeslana jsem neobdrzel a ja se zacinam ptat sam sebe, jestli vubec nekdy uvidim svych 7 955,00 Kč ci tu zasilku, kterou uz ani nevim jestli vubec chci.
Co vim jiste je to, ze z toho obchodu uz nikdy vice.
1/8/2021 I ordered the 25-piece set and paid. The goods were in stock and were delivered within 5 working days.
18.1.2021 I sent an email asking when the shipment will be delivered.
On January 20, 2021, only the following was answered: "Hello, we will send your order this Friday. Thank you and have a nice day. Eva Sokolová, Head of Sales Officers". Someone to apologize for the delay and explain why this happened is probably beyond their power.
1/25/2021 (Monday) status of the meeting writes 'processing', I did not receive any email that the shipment was sent and I'm starting to ask myself if I will ever see my CZK 7,955.00 or the shipment that I don't even know if I want at all.
What I know for sure is that there is never more from that business.

Ruční malbu už jinde ve větších firmách nenajdete.
Nádherně autorské věci.

Dubi produces something completely different from other porcelain factories such as Thun or Czech porcelain.
You will not find hand painting elsewhere in larger companies.
