About Rybárna.net

Rodinný podnik bistro Rybárna.net jsme otevřeli v prostorách bývalé pankrácké tržnice na počátku léta 2012. Proč Rybárna. net? Ryby jste si na oběd v té době dali jen stěží, a když tak možná rybí prsty. S nízkými náklady na nájem a bez personálu jsme mohli připravovat ryby a maso kvalitně a hlavně levně. Od místních trhovců jsme měli čerstvou lokální zeleninu a bylinky ( a to vše od nich bereme stále ?

Na jaře roku 2017 jsme se přestěhovali do prostornější provozovny Na Dvorcích. Vaříme menu, které se denně mění. Nápady co vařit máme, koukáme na inspiraci do blízkovýchodních i exotických kuchyní. Koření si sami mícháme, používáme hodně zeleného-bylinky. Zelené bylinky jsou pro nás to nejlepší koření, a milujeme všechy vůně světa, respektující charakter etnických kuchyní, které se snažíme do našich jídel otisknout. Po několik let spolupracujeme se Zachraňte jídlo a v době pandemie jsme vařili pro IZS #nekaslemenavas , společenská odpovědnost byla a je pro nás důležitá.

Letos oslavíme již desetileté výročí. Díky Vám, našim hostům, jsme tu stále, a snažíme se vás nezklamat.

Za jídly stojí Petr Pešek, který se aktivně věnuje gastronomii již přes třicet let. Praktické znalosti získané odborným vzděláním a mnohaletou praxí v několika evropských zemích kombinuje se zájmem teoretickým.

As of 2015, it became so popular that it is almost impossible to find a place to sit, so takeaway is the mostly the only option. Be sure to call them and order before 11 am as the line is always busy afterwards. No delivery service.

It is always fresh, with exotic herbs and spices and meeting the chef and discussing his recipes is a nice bonus. The cuisine type is international with things from India, Southeast Asia, Mediterranean etc. Setting of the place is old, rusty and worn out, yet it underlines the character of the place. Definitely recommended, if you are into some authentic non-main stream food and don't care about the look of the place.

They use the fresh vegetables from the market. Many people from the office buildings use to come here during lunchtime.
