★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyber vcelku prumerny, po prejmenovani mi prijde, ze toho maji min (mozna kvuli preskladnovani), bizuterie je zamcena ve sklenenych vylohach coz me stve. Je nutne oslovit obsluhu aby regal odemkla a mohl jsem se podivat z blizka. Obsluha je ale tak neprijemna, ze jsem tam kvuli ni prestal chodit. Ta by proste zaslouzila vymenit. Clovek ma pocit, ze s kazdym dotazem je hrozne obtezuje a ze tam jsou za trest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.8.2019 jsem navštívil staronovou prodejnu rybářských potřeb. V podstatě se nic nezměnilo oproti přechozímu stavu. Takže sortiment velmi široký, ceny běžné, jen obsluha by zasloužila vyměnit. Kupoval jsem jehlu na boilie a k tomu vrtáček, až doma jsem zjistil, že jehla již vrtáček obsahuje a tedy mám jeden vrtáček navíc. Proč mi to obsluha neřekla (neporadila) není mi jasné, asi nutkavá potřeba prodat toho co nejvíce za každou cenu. Příště raději již nechodit do takové prodejny.
August 1, 2019, I visited an old-fashioned fishing tackle shop. Basically, nothing has changed from the previous state. So the assortment very wide, the prices common, only the operator deserves to be replaced. I bought a boilie needle and a drill bit until I found out that the needle already contains the drill bit and that I have one extra drill bit. Why the operator did not tell me (did not advise) is not clear to me about the urgent need to sell as much as possible at all costs. Next time, no longer go to such a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super místo, velký výběr pořídil jsem najednou vše co jsem chtěl a velmi mne překvapila vstřícnost obsluhy. Poradili mi a odpověděli na všechny mé otázky. To bylo fakt fajn protože se sám ne úplně ve všem dobře orientuji.
Great place, a large selection, I bought everything I wanted at once and I was very surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. They advised me and answered all my questions. That was really nice because I don't know myself well in everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc dekuji ochotnemu prodavaci a panu majiteli za postup pri reklamaci zlomene spicky u vlaceciho prutu. Abych nemusel cekat na vyrizeni (az 30 dnu), tak mi dali vrchni dil z prutu, ktery meli skladem a reklamaci si nasledne vyresili sami. Nakupuji vse vyhradne zde a jsem maximalne spokojen a nyni i velmi mile prekvapen. Muzu opravdu jen a jen doporucit!!! Jeste jednou velky dik!!! :)
Many thanks to the willing seller and the owner for the procedure for complaining about a broken tip at the train rod. So that I don't have to wait for the settlement (up to 30 days), they gave me the upper part of the rod, which they had in stock, and they then solved the complaint themselves. I buy everything exclusively here and I am extremely satisfied and now very pleasantly surprised. I can really only recommend it !!! Once again a big thank you !!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší prodejna rybářských potřeb v Brně. Najdete tu vše co je třeba za příjemné ceny (bezplatná registrace a následné slevy z nákupu). Chlapi jak v kaprařine tak dole v dravcích jsou naprosto super a umí dobře poradit. Jsem rád, že i po čachrech s Vágnerem prodejna zůstala otevřená se stejnými lidmi!
The best fishing tackle shop in Brno. Here you will find everything you need at affordable prices (free registration and subsequent discounts on purchases). The guys both in the carp and down in the predators are absolutely great and can give good advice. I'm glad that even after the messes with Vágner, the store stayed open with the same people!
