Po objednání již daný kus skladem nebyl, počítala jsem tedy s tím, že daný kus je brzy u mě. Z eshopu mě nikdo nekontaktoval, musela jsem volat já, abych se dozvěděla, co se děje. Totální arogance pána na druhé straně telefonu, kus byl prý prodán a mám čekat. Do konce týdne se prý ozve, neozval. Do Štědrého dne se neozval! NIKDY VÍCE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I ordered here 17.11. Christmas present that was in stock !!! LAST PIECE! After ordering, the given piece was no longer in stock, so I expected that the given piece will be with me soon. Nobody contacted me from the e-shop, I had to call me to find out what was going on. The total arrogance of the master on the other side of the phone, the piece was said to be sold and I have to wait. He will call by the end of the week, he did not call. He didn't answer until Christmas Day! NEVER MORE!!!

Odvezli jsme si jej a hned v kempu zjistili, že má polamane krytky noh a jedna noha úplně vystřelila. Volali jsme a bylo nám řečeno, ať přivezeme lehátko do reklamace. Nebyl nám předán žádný doklad o převzetí reklamace, takže záruka žádná. Řeknou vám, že se vám ozvou. Za těch 40 dní, co bylo lehátko u nich, mi nikdo ani jednou z tohoto obchodu nezavolal! Po uplynutí zákonné lhůty reklamace, kdy slibovali, že lehátko bude max. do 14 dnů. Byla jsem vstřícná do momentu, kdy jsem potkala pana majitele a ten mi vyčetl, že je lehátko již 14 dní opravené! Taková lež. Lehátko bylo pořád v poničeném stavu. Dozadovali jsme se vrácení peněz, na což nám bylo řečeno, ať zavoláme majiteli obchodu, že pouze on vrací peníze. Neráčil se ani nám zavolat, vše jsme řešili přes prostředníka a nakonec ani peníze nám nevracel on. Takže za mě jedna velká katastrofa! ? Dissatisfaction! We bought a lounger here for less than 4,000. We took him away and found out right at the camp that he had broken leg covers and one leg fired completely. We called and were told to bring a lounger to the complaint. We have not been given any proof of receipt of the complaint, so no guarantee. They will tell you that they will contact you. In the 40 days that there was a lounger with them, no one had ever called me from this shop! After the expiration of the legal period of complaint, when they promised that the lounger will be within a maximum of 14 days. I was helpful until the moment I met the owner and he read to me that the deck chair has been repaired for 14 days! Such a lie. The couch was still in a damaged condition. We demanded a refund, which told us to call the store owner that only he was refunding. He didn't even want to call us, we solved everything through an intermediary, and in the end he didn't return the money. So one big disaster for me! ?

Nejeli jsme jen pro háčky...., ale po této zkušenosti nakoupíme jinde. Každopádně férové jednání v podobě vyjádření se k situaci, proto změna hodnocení na tři hvězdy.
