★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy to tu bylo OK, ale před dvěma měsíci jsem potřeboval udělat výměnu oleje a filtru + seřízení geometrie. Výměna oleje nejspíše OK, jakou tam dají náplň nepoznám. Problém byl však v geometrii. Prý to dělá špatný čep, OK, vyměňte. Vyměněno + "udělána geometrie". Geometrie byla udělána tak, že auto sice jelo rovně, ale volant byl o slušných pár stupňů i při rovné jízdě pootočen doleva. Nyní, po dvou měsících u dalšího mechanika jsme zjistili, že čep na druhém kole byl naprosto na kaši a že se mají rovnou měnit oba čepy (pár stovek). Proč mi nikdo tedy nezavolal, že je potřeba udělat oba čepy? Takže zbytečně udělána dvakrát geometrie a dvakrát auto v servise. Celkový dojem z opravy takový, že příště raději jinam. A proč jsem nereklamoval? Musím jezdit, ne stále stát v servise kvůli nedostatečné poservisní kontrole. Stačilo by objet barák a zjitilo by se, že oprava stála za prd. Škoda no...
It's always been OK, but two months ago I needed to change the oil and filter + adjust the geometry. Changing the oil will probably be OK, I don't know what the filling will be. However, the problem was in geometry. They say it's a bad pin, OK, replace it. Replaced + "geometry done". The geometry was made so that the car went straight, but the steering wheel was turned to the left by a decent few degrees even when driving straight. Now, after two months with another mechanic, we have found out that the pin on the second wheel was completely mashed and that both pins (a few hundred) are to be changed immediately. So why didn't anyone call me that both pins needed to be made? So unnecessarily done twice the geometry and twice the car in the service. The overall impression of the repair is such that next time I prefer elsewhere. And why didn't I complain? I have to drive, not still stand in the service due to insufficient service control. It would be enough to go around the house and it would be found that the repair was worth it. Too bad ...
